Bridging the Gap: Antimicrobial Stewardship, Sepsis Management, and Infection Prevention in RI

The GCMF is sponsoring a presentation by Dr. Lee Polikoff, a pediatric intensivist at Hasbro Children’s, who will speak about the state’s protocols for early recognition and treatment of sepsis. As many of you know, Dr. Polikoff is a longstanding and valued ally in our efforts to honor Gianna’s memory by working to enact and implement these protocols, and improve outcomes.
Other health care leaders at the conference will speak about how to reduce healthcare-associated infections, improve antimicrobial stewardship, and enact strategies to improve patient care.
Registration is now open. (The early bird rate of $30 is available until April 29th. The standard registration fee of $40 begins on May 1st.)The conference is open to a variety of health care professionals and other interested stakeholders.
